The school will use the finds to develop a center named after its founder, Inky Solomon. The Inky Solomon Center will help former students develop their projects.
That's a lot of scratch and should serve notice to anyone interested in grants that comics-related projects can garner significant dough, especially when a local community understand their importance and impact.
