Ben Bova's words on graphic novels, graphica adaptations of print works, and the "decline" of literacy are making the Interweb rounds. And, believe it or not, he's being called out for his shortsightedness and lack of evidence supporting his assertions (my favorite comment to his words so far inspired the title to this post)by folks who aren't teachers or teacher educators.
